Farm shop
Our licensed farm shop is a handy part of life at Lee Meadow, offering everyday essentials alongside food and drinks during high season. Whether you need a few bits for your stay, something for breakfast, or an easy option for the evening, it’s a convenient place to have on site.
We also serve hot food, including pizzas, and there is seating available so you can relax and enjoy it here. We’re proud to stock quality local produce too, including award-winning GT Ales brewed just down the road at Chivenor, giving you a real taste of the local area during your stay.

Woolacombe Pump Track
Our Woolacombe pump track is free for everyone to use and is a great addition for families, children and young riders visiting Lee Meadow. It’s a fun way to burn off some energy, practise bike skills and enjoy a bit of outdoor time in a relaxed setting.
Located near Woolacombe, the pump track is a popular feature for both guests and visitors, and a great extra for anyone looking for a simple, free family activity in North Devon.

Wellness Area
Escape to Lee Meadow Farm and enjoy a peaceful wellness experience in a beautiful natural setting. Our wellness area is designed to help you slow down, switch off and fully unwind, with outdoor facilities that offer the perfect balance of warmth, calm and refreshment.
The space includes a wood-fired sauna, a soothing wood-fired hot tub with hydro jets, cold plunge barrels and an outdoor cold shower, along with a changing area within the wellness space for added convenience. Whether you’re looking for a quiet reset, a moment of calm after a busy day, or simply a chance to enjoy the surroundings in a different way, it offers a truly relaxing experience for both body and mind.
Set within the peaceful surroundings of Lee Meadow, the wellness area is all about taking time out and enjoying a full sense of rejuvenation in nature.

Fire pits
Add a little extra atmosphere to your stay by hiring one of our fire pits for the duration of your visit. Perfect for relaxed evenings on site, they’re great for keeping warm, toasting marshmallows and making the most of time outdoors with family and friends.
Fire pits are available to hire for £20 per stay, which includes a net of logs. More logs are purchasable on-site.
Facilities
We have a range of practical on-site facilities to help make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. Guests have access to free hot showers, toilets, hair dryers, a baby changing area, a disabled shower and toilet, a dishwashing area, and a portable toilet disposal point.
For motorhomes and tourers, there is also a grey-water waste area, along with water points located around the park.
