CAMPING - Electric or Non-Electric
Our pitches are very large, giving you plenty of space to relax and enjoy your stay. Each pitch allows one trailer tent, tent, touring caravan, motorhome or campervan, and if you’re staying in a tent or trailer tent, one car is included in the price.
We have a number of electric hook-up pitches, available on request, but these are very popular so we recommend booking early.
On site you’ll find toilets, free hot showers and washing-up facilities, plus our farm shop for everyday essentials. There’s also a pub within walking distance, popular with both locals and visitors, serving great food, ales and cider.
We also hire out our popular fire pits – perfect for toasting marshmallows and creating a great atmosphere in the evenings.

BELL TENTS - Up to 4 people
Our 5 metre bell tents offer a simple, comfortable glamping stay for up to 4 people. Fully furnished and ready for your arrival, each one includes 1 double bed, 2 single beds, all bedding, solar lighting, a picnic table, and a campfire included in the price.
An easy way to enjoy camping, with a few extra comforts already taken care of.

Luxury Emperor Bell Tent
Our 6 metre Emperor Bell Tent offers a spacious glamping stay for up to 4 guests, with 2 people included in the price (£10 extra per additional person). Fully furnished and ready for your arrival, it includes 1 double bed, 2 single beds, all bedding, solar lighting, a picnic table, campfire area, and a private log-fired hot tub — perfect for relaxing under the stars.
21ft Yurt
Our beautifully furnished 21ft Yurt comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests, with 2 adults included in the price (£10 extra per additional person). Inside you’ll find a king-size bed, 2 single beds, all bedding, and a cosy log burner, along with a picnic table outside and your own log-fired hot tub to enjoy after a day exploring the coast and countryside.
BOAT GLAMPING (Incl hot tub) - Up to 4 people
Our fully furnished Sailing Boat offers a cosy and characterful glamping stay for up to 2 adults and 2 children, with 2 adults included in the price.
Inside, there’s 1 double bed, 2 single beds, all bedding, a log burner, fridge and microwave, along with your own private toilet for added comfort and convenience. Outside, you can unwind in your own log-fired hot tub after a day exploring the North Devon coast.
SCHOOL BUS GLAMPING - Sleeps 6
Stay in our beautifully converted American School Bus for a glamping break with real character. Set in our lovely Woolacombe location, it brings together iconic style, comfort and a stay that feels a little different from the usual.
Inside, there’s a king-size bed, two full-size single beds and a sofa bed, making it ideal for couples, families or small groups. You’ll also find quality bedding, plenty of storage, a well-equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining space, a proper shower and a flushing toilet.
It’s quirky, cosy and full of charm — a memorable place to stay with all the comforts you need for a relaxed break on the North Devon coast.

If you’d love the ease of having your caravan set up and ready whenever you fancy a break, our seasonal pitches are a great option. No towing back and forth, no repeated set-up — just your own familiar base in the North Devon countryside, ready for you to enjoy throughout the season.
Located near Woolacombe Bay, Lee Meadow offers a peaceful setting with easy access to the coast, countryside and everything the local area has to offer. It’s an ideal choice for those wanting regular time away in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
We do not mind what age our guests’ caravans are. As long as caravans and awnings are in good condition and well maintained, they are very welcome.
