Lee Meadow Farm Campsite has some exceptional safe bikes routes located very near to the campsite. The Tarka Trail that leads to Ilfracombe is a safe route that journeys along the old converted railway line to the historic town that is a must see!

Lee meadow campsite is set in 27 acres, with extensive woodland to one side and rolling hills to the others. Fine views can be enjoyed of the Bristol Channel out towards Wales. We are only 1 ½ miles from the golden sands of the blue flag beach at Woolacombe, AN AWARD WINNING BEACH! Voted Number 1 in the UK by Trip advisor (February 2015), Number 4 in Europe, and Number 13 in the World! Woolacombe also holds the ‘England for Excellence Gold Award’ for best family resort and was voted the Best British Beach in the Mail On Sunday. Within a 10 minute drive you have Croyde, Puttsborough, Saunton Sands and Braunton Burrows, which is one of the largest sand dune systems in the UK and is considered so important that it has been declared Britains first UNESCO Biosphere Reserve providing habitats for over 400 species of wild flowers We are a non commercial site and welcome all tents, caravans and motorhomes. Electrical hookups are available on request but suggest you book early, as these are very popular. All of our pitches are very large so everyone has room to relax and enjoy the location. We have toilets with free hot showers and washing up facilities. We have a Farm shop and tea room on site for all your everyday needs). We have 2 pubs within walking distance that are favourites with the locals that sell fine ales, cider and great food.

From J27 on the M5 take the third turnoff on the roundabout marked Barnstaple A361. Stay on the A361 for 34 miles into Barnstaple. Follow all signs for Ilfracombe A361 through Barnstaple. Continue on A361 through Braunton village and continue for a further 5 miles to Mullacott Roundabout. Take first turn off roundabout marked B3343 Woolacombe. Follow road for 2 miles then turn right marked Lee. In 0.5 miles turn left into Shaftsborough Lane. Lee Meadow Camping site is in front of you.
